Ajab
Ajab is a portmanteau of my full name, and ʿajab (عجب) means ‘wonder, marvel, astonishment’ in languages like Arabic, Persian, and Urdu. This blog is a place for me to share my thoughts on history, literature, philology, and above all, an abiding wonder with language. More about me at my website.
